Across many consequential areas of life, individuals and families face the same conditions: complex decisions that unfold over months or years, fragmented and asymmetric information, expensive or inaccessible expertise and institutional systems that were not designed with their interests at the center.

An Intelligent Advising System integrates three components that existing products and services almost never combine. Technology and tools, including AI, for research, analysis, information management and decision support. Evidence-based domain knowledge: the research, frameworks and practitioner expertise specific to the area, organized and applied to the person's situation. And human guidance and accountability: facilitation that supports people in building the capability to manage these decisions themselves.

Founder
Susan Morrow has built consumer and enterprise technology across every major platform transition from the early web through mobile, SaaS and now AI. She has worked at nearly every point in the education-to-employment landscape: building learning products for children at LeapFrog and Reading Rainbow, building a K-12 mobile platform for Pearson, running operations inside a university system as Vice Chancellor and COO and leading enterprise platform strategy for education at Salesforce.
She recognized the IAS category because she had seen the structural problem from enough angles to identify the pattern, and been inside enough platform shifts to know when the technology catches up to what people actually need.
